Cheer is the highest injury sport........ EVER!!!!!!!!!! So before anyone starts to say things about cheer and how its not a sport I just want to get up all in their faces and yell "COME TO ONE OF OUR PRACTICES!!!!!!!!!" I am on two teams so it is very hard. I am on a level 2 team called explosion so if you here me say that I am talking about my level 2 team. I am also on a level 4.2 which is level two tumbling and level 4 stunts. I can do level 4 tumbling but right no we don't have a level 4 team. That level 4.2 is flames so I will probably say that instead of 4.2. Explosion practices on Tuesdays, flames practices on Wednesdays, and they both practice on Thursday. On Thursday I get really exhausted because we jump then run explosion full out then flames all out then explosion for two and a half hours and then I have extra tumbling which is another hour so basically I do an intense workout for three and a half hours. I have a competition this weekend called COA it is a 2 day competition but they do the teams backwards so i have to be there at 7am to watch our level 5 team called heat. then flames performs at like 8am then explosion at 9am and then our mini level 1 team, stars performs at about noon so I wont miss the ku game!!! I only have 4 more minutes of class left so thanks for listening.

Okay, so this sorta has nothing to do with what my blog is all about.....CHEER!!!! But my student teacher Miss Qaddour told us to write about if we were to go on a mission trip to somewhere where would you go and what would you do. So I am here to answer some questions. I would go to Africa and feed the little starving kids.I would help them learn and just do anything that they needed me to.

     I am just warning you right now that you might want to hold on to your seat because I am probably the most awesome person you will ever meet......EVER!!! Any way my name is Lauren Capling and I live in Overland Park, Kansas and I have lived in 5 different places and Kansas is definatly my favorite. I am 12 and loving it. I am in 7th grade and my favorite subject is science.
     My blog is going to be about cheer because I am a cheerleader and most people think it isnt a sport and I completely diagree. People who have done other sports and then done cheer say that cheer is the hardest of them all. People who dont like cheer dont know what they're talking about and should consider trying it because it is the highlight of my day when I have it.
